Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bottle gourd grated 1 medium size
  2. Water chest nut flour 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped
  4. Sendha namak to taste
  5. Ground nut 2 tbsp boiled
  6. Green Chilli paste 1 tsp
  7. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  8. Tomato 1 grinded
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil to cook and fry

Instructions

  1. For making kofte take grated bottle gourd and squeeze excess juice out of it.
  2. Add salt and water chest nut flour.
  3. Make medium size balls of it and deep fry the koftas.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. For gravy take boiled groundnut and grind it in a fine paste.
  6. Take oil in a deep pan.
  7. Crack cumin seeds , ginger paste, green chilli paste, groundnut paste and cook until oil separates.
  8. Add tomato paste and salt and cook until oil separates.
  9. Add water according to the desired consistency.
  10. Close the lid for 5 mins and lastly add koftas in gravy and switch off the flame.
  11. Serve with falahari puri or roti of water chestnut flour. :blush:
