Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup sabudana
  2. 10 to 12 peanuts
  3. 4 to 5 almonds
  4. 6 to 7 Raisins
  5. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  7. Rock salt 1 tsp or as to taste
  8. Oil 2 bowl or as required for deep fry


  1. Take a pan for deep frying
  2. Heat oil
  3. Pour sabudana in a strainer used for deep frying and deep fry them
  4. When it comes in contact with oil it starts puffing up
  5. Keep spoon with you to mix them around in oil to cook all properly
  6. When you feel them crispy and cooked from outside just have a note of it to check the inside cooking is done or not.
  7. Take it out dry
  8. Fry peanuts, almonds and raisins. When frying raisins just take out them immediately as they puffing out
  9. Drain them out from oil
  10. Take red chilli powder, rock salt, powdered sugar in a small bowl mix them
  11. When chevda cools down add this mixture in it and mix well.
  12. Store at room temperature in an air tight container.
