Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 5 gms
  3. Salt 2 gms
  4. Puff Margarine 50 gms
  5. Water 55 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour. Dissolve sugar and salt in required amount of water.
  2. Add 5 grams of fat for kneading in the flour and start kneading till it reaches dough consistency.
  3. Rest the dough covered in wet cloth for 20 minutes for setting.
  4. Roll the dough into rectangular shape of even thickness and apply 25 grams margarine for folding on entire rolled sheet.
  5. Now fold and let it rest for 20 minutes. Now again repeat the above 2 steps.
  6. After final rolling cut each strip of 1 inch vertically and 2 inch horizontally and place on a baking tray and spray water on top.
  7. Bake at 200 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
