Khandvi is gujarati dish but I use some twist with it and make inovative pizza khandvi its very yummy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan-1cup
  2. Curd-1cup
  3. Water-1 1/2
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4
  5. Salt- as taste
  6. Sugar-1teas
  7. FOR STUFFING-
  8. Pizza sauce-2tsbs
  9. Cheese grated-2tabs
  10. Orgegeno-1teas
  11. Chilli flakes-1teas
  12. FOR TADKA-
  13. Mustard seeds-1teas
  14. Oil-1tabs
  15. Chopped green chillies-2,3
  16. Grated ginger-1teas
  17. For pizza sauce-
  18. Tomatoes-4,5
  19. Chopped onion-1
  20. Ginger garlic paste-1teas
  21. Carom seed (ajwain)-1teas
  22. Salt -as taste
  23. Red chili-1teas
  24. Tomato ketchup-2tsbs
  25. Oregono-1teas
  26. Butter-1tabs

Instructions

  1. First of all mix besan ,salt, curd, sugar, and make smooth batter.
  2. Now boil one glass water in cooker and put the batter Bowl on the stand in cooker.
  3. Cook for 20mins like dhokla on high flame.
  4. Now grease the oil on the back of the thali.
  5. After 20mins take out the batter from the cooker,if water is came on the top of the batter so remove it.
  6. And mix batter very well without lumbs.
  7. Then speard thin layers on the thali after 10mins cut thin layers of it.
  8. Spread pizza sauce on it and sprinkle some cheese, chilli flakes and oregano .
  9. And roll the khandvi very carefully.
  10. Take a tadka pan heat it on gas ,add 1tbs oil when oil heated just add mustard seeds,green chillies, ginger.
  11. Now sprinkle tadka on khandvi and some cheese grated on it .
  12. Ready to serve.
  13. Method to pizza sauce-
  14. First of all boil the tomato in pan when it is boiled switch off the flame.
  15. When it is cool down then peel it off and grind in mixer then puree is ready.
  16. Take a pan heat on gas add 1 tabs butter and add carom seed(ajwain),ginger garlic paste fry for 1min .
  17. Then add chopped onion fry it till then transparent came out.
