Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 gms sabu( soaked in water overnight)
  2. ghee 25 gms
  3. 80 gms sugar
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tspn
  5. Mawa 50 gms
  6. Saffron strands 1 pinch
  7. Yellow food color 1 pinch
  8. crushed alomonds 50 gms

Instructions

  1. heat ghee in a pan
  2. add soaked sabudana into it
  3. fry together in low flame
  4. add sugar,mix it,now keep the flam on highest
  5. add cardamom powder and food color and stir it constantly in low flame
  6. it will absorb water in between and bubbles of sugar will be seen
  7. add crushed almonds anx mix together
  8. stir constantly. You will see the whole thing look like a dough and it will easy come out from pam with the ladle
  9. turn off thee gas and add saffron
  10. then add mawa mix with it
  11. now make the loddoo or any other shape of your choice
