Rice Dhokla

Ingredients to make Rice Dhokla

  • 1 cup rice floor
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  • 1 eno pouch
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • For tadka
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 tabs chopped green coriander
  • 1 tabs greated coconut
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 7-8 kari patte
  • 1 tspchopped green chilli

How to make Rice Dhokla

  1. In a bowl add rice floor curd water ginger garlic paste and mix it to make a batter  
  2. In this batter add salt sugar oil and lemon juice and mix nicely
  3. Keep a side the better for 20 minutes
  4. Now in a steamer put 2 gilas water and boil it
  5. Greees a bowl
  6. Add eno pouch in dhokla better and mix it
  7. Pour the better in greesed bowl and keep it in steamer on boiling water
  8. Cover it and steam for 10 minutes midiyam flame and 10 minutes low flame
  9. Check with knife if not cook proper then steam more 5 minutes
  10. Now dhokla ready
  11. Let it cool than unmold the dhokla
  12. Cut into pieces
  13. Now in a wakt put 1 tsp oil
  14. Add mustard seeds green chilli kri pattern let crackled
  15. Than add water salt sugar nd lemon juice and boil it
  16. Spread this tadka water on dhokla garnish with chopped dhaniya patte and greated coconut
  17. Serve with love
