Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100grams
  2. Icing Sugar 25grams
  3. Butter 50grams
  4. Water 15grams
  5. Milk pdr. 5grams
  6. Salt 1.5grams
  7. Cardomom essence 1teaspoon
  8. Baking pdr. 0.5grams
  9. ABC 0.5grams
  10. Sugar Syrup 5mils

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flr. along with baking pdr. and milk pdr.
  2. Cream fat till soft and add icing sugar and cardamom essence.
  3. Dissolve ABC and salt in water and add to the creamed fat.
  4. Add flour and knead till smooth dough.
  5. Roll the sheet of even thickness and polish it with sugar syrup on the top surface and cut it with biscuit cutter and arrange those on baking trays.
  6. Bake at 150 to 160 deg. temp for 20 minutes.
