Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton chap (ribs) 500 gms
  2. 2 medium onion sliced
  3. 2 tomato chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Bay leaf 1


  1. Boil the ribs with 1/2 cup water. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Remove and keep stock separately.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Add bay leaf and add onion. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Add tomato and cook till mushy.
  5. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masalas. Saute well.
  6. Add the boiled ribs pieces. Fry on high heat until it is well combined with masalas.
  7. Add little stock and cook for 15 minutes with the covered lid.
  8. Cook till stock dries up.
  9. Garnish with coriander.
