Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients to make Pineapple Upside Down Cake

  • flour 100 Grams
  • sugar 100grams
  • eggs 3nos
  • Baking pdr. 2 grams
  • baking soda 1 grams
  • pineapple Essence 2teaspoon
  • salt a pinch
  • Cake gel 6 grams
  • Ripe pineapple slices 80grams
  • Blanched cherry 10grams
  • Milk pdr. 4grams
  • Margarine 80grams
  • butter 20grams

How to make Pineapple Upside Down Cake

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking pdr and soda and milk pdr.
  2. Beat sugar along with eggs and add Pineapple essence ,salt, margarine and butter while mixing.
  3. Mix till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add gel and mix Further.
  5. Add flour and mix roughly.
  6. Grease the trays with butter, sprinkle a small quantity of sugar on bottom of trays and arrange pineapple slices and blanched cherry in each slice of pineapple at center.
  7. Pour the batter in the trays and level it.
  8. Bake at 180 deg.temp. for 30 to 40 minutes.
