Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mashed bananas 3
  2. flour 1 cup
  3. Chopped nuts 1/2 cup
  4. Coco powder 1 tsp for dusting the baking tin
  5. Mashed bananas or an egg.
  6. sugar 1/2 cup
  7. butter 1 cup
  8. Vanilla extract 2 tsp


  1. Get ready with all the ingredients.
  2. Mash the bananas.
  3. Mix all the ingredients one bye one.
  4. Cream butter and sugar well.
  5. Add mashed bananas or an egg
  6. Add flour mixed with 1 spoon baking powder.
  7. Add chopped nuts and vanilla extract.
  8. Grease and dust the tin with oil and cocoa powder.
  9. Pour the batter into the tin.
  10. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes .
  11. After baking let it cool for 15 minutes.
  12. Demould the bread .
  13. Cut the prices.
  14. Serve with whipped cream and dust it with coco powder
