Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 graham cookies/ digestive biscuits roughly crushed
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1 Cup water
  5. 2 tsp oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Crush crackers roughly into a bowl.
  2. Heat water in a pan, add cocoa powder and sugar and cook till the quantity reduces to half.
  3. Let the mixture cool and then add it to the crackers.
  4. Grease a pan and pour the mixture, freeze it overnight.
  5. The oil will allow it to slide out easily, slice and serve.

Wont it becum hard?.. N is it to eat cold.. Or will b fine to eat at room temperature?
