This Mango Cheese Cake I prepared for my Daughter in Law for her Birthday. This yummy cake is loved by all in our family.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Digestive Biscuits 8 to 10
  2. Mango puree 3/4 cup
  3. Philadelphia Cheese 1 pack(8 ounce)
  4. Cream 3/4 cup
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup
  6. Gelatin 1 tbsp
  7. Warm water 1/4 cup
  8. Melted butter 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Make crumbs of digestive biscuits
  2. Combine melted butter and crumbs
  3. Press it into 8" springform pan at the bottom
  4. Keep the pan into the fridge approximately 30 minutes for setting
  5. Mix Cream cheese, sugar and cream together
  6. Add gelatin to the warm water un till it dissolves properly.
  7. Add dissolved gelatin into mango puree
  8. Add half of mango puree to the cream cheese mixture
  9. Pour this into the pan on the base of biscuits
  10. Keep the pan in the fridge to set the cream base properly
  11. Once it is set then pour the remaining puree on the top
  12. Again refrigerate it overnight
  13. Next day your yummy cheesecake is ready to relish heart and eyes.
