  • semolina or Sooji 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Grated fresh coconut 1 cup
  • Milk 2 tablespoon
  • Milk powder (used instead of corn flour) 2 tablespoon
  • eggs 2
  • Vanila essence 1 tablespoon
  • Some pistachio Chopped
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • Oil or butter or ghee (Ghee tastes best) 1/2 cup

How to make GOAN COCONUT BAATH CAKE

  1. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and whisk with an electric beater for about 10 minutes.
