Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Semolina or Sooji 1 cup
  2. Powdered Sugar 1 cup
  3. Grated fresh coconut 1 cup
  4. Milk 2 tablespoon
  5. Milk powder (used instead of corn flour) 2 tablespoon
  6. Eggs 2
  7. Vanila essence 1 tablespoon
  8. Some Pistachio Chopped
  9. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  10. Oil or butter or ghee (Ghee tastes best) 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and whisk with an electric beater for about 10 minutes.
  3. Grease a bread baking tin with ghee and pour the batter into it.
  4. Tap from sides to remove any bubbles formed.
  5. Bake the cake for about 35 minutes at 18- degree centigrade.
  6. Let it cool completely before you cut and serve.
