Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. salad oil (could be substituted with olive oil) 1/2 cup
  2. honey 1/3 cup
  3. lemon juice 1/4 cup
  4. 1 large onion finely chopped
  5. 2 cloves of garlic minced
  6. dry mustard 4 tbsp
  7. salt 2 tbsp
  8. tabasco sauce 4 drops
  9. dry white wine 2 cups


  1. In a pan, add a bit of oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add white wine. Simmer the mixture for 5 mins
  2. Remove the mixture from the gas and let it cool down for a while
  3. Add the dry mustard into the mixture. Strain the wine mixture, removing onion and garlic pieces. Stir well until the texture is smooth
  4. Put it on gas, over low flame; add Tabasco sauce and salt. Stir well until the mixture thickens a bit.
  5. Once it thickens, remove it from gas and let it cool down again.
  6. Blend the thickened mixture with salad oil and honey in a blender.

If we cant use wine subsitute fr wine
