I love this cake , 10 years before i bought this cake ,but now i bake this lovely wonder cake.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Large eggs - 4
All purpose flour -120 grams
Powderd sugar - 120 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - three teaspoon
Vannila essence - 1 teaspoon
Oil- 30 ml
Milk - 40 ml

Instructions

Preheat the microwave oven to 150 degree celcious.
Take a clean bowl, Crack an egg and beat well-using stand mixer or hand mixer. Add lemon juice and again beat well.
Add a sugar little by little. Beat well until the Ribbon stage. Beating time 5-7 minutes.
Add oil and milk, mix well. Don't use beater use spatula, just follow fold and cut method.
Add flour mixture little by little mix well. Until lump free and fluffy batter. Take a clean bowl, add half of the cake mixture.
Add coco powder, again mix well help of the spatula. Having 2 batters Vanilla and chocolate.
Take a greased cake pan, alternatively add the vanilla batter followed by the chocolate batter. Spread evenly, release air bubbles.
Bake it in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes until done, check by putting a toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean it's done.
Cool down the cake for 30 minutes.
Shift on the cooling rack for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
