Whole wheat eggless bread

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Active dry yeast 1 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Salt 3/4 teaspoon
  6. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  7. Warm water 1/4 cup
  8. And some more warm water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. First in a blow mix sugar yeast and 1/4th cup warm water cover and keep it aside. Till the yeast nicely rises.
  2. Then in a bigger blow mix flour and salt and into this mixture put the activated yeast mix . Now make a soft dough by using more warm water.
  3. Now add oil and make a smooth dough. Turn all the edges of the dough inside and give it a round shape put it back in the same blow and Cover it with wet muslin cloth and keep it in a warm place for at least 1hr.
  4. By this time the dough will rise double its size. Now punch it down kneed it and again cover and leave it for 45 mins.
  5. Now dust of the surface with some dry flour and put the dough over it and kneed it into a smooth dough. Then cut the dough into 2 equal half.
  6. Ones done flatten it with your hand evenly then start rolling it from one side and by the time u reach the other end pinch it with your finger and seal the edges so that it does not open up and u get smooth back . Do with both the dough balls.
  7. Now grease a pan and put both the dough rolls slightly pat them and give them an oval shape.
  8. Now give them some knife marks not too deep. Brush each loaf with some milk it helps to give a nice golden colour and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Cover it with wet muslin cloth for 15 to 20 mins by that time preheat your oven at 230 degrees for 15mins.
  9. Now on a medium rack bake them for 25 to 30 mins. Ones done apply some Butter on hot loaf and then let them cool completely on metal rack
