Ingredients to make Grape Crush

  • Grape juice 1 ltr
  • sugar 2 kg
  • water 1 ltr
  • citric acid 4tsp
  • grape essence 3tsp
  • Sodium benzoate 1 1/4tsp

How to make Grape Crush

  1. Wash the fruit and remove unwanted portions
  2. Without adding water , cook the fruit.
  3. Now crush it nicely and filter the juice.
  4. Measure the juice and keep it aside.
  5. Boil water, sugar, citric acid and filter it and cool it.
  6. Mix with the juice , then add flavors and preservative and bottle it in a sterilized condition.
