Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Guava 6 nos
  2. Sugar 250 grams
  3. Citric acid 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash , clean and remove unwanted portions.
  2. Cut the guava and boil
  3. Drain and measure the water.
  4. In one portion of guava water, add 3/4th of sugar and 1 tsp citric acid.
  5. Mix all together and boil
  6. When the jelly becomes in sheet consistency, remove from the fire and bottle.
