Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd - 1/2 bowl
  2. Paneer - 2 tablespoon
  3. Fresh cream - 2 tablespoon
  4. Sugar powder - 2 tablespoon
  5. Walnut - 1 tablespoon
  6. Crushed almonds - 1 tablespoon
  7. Vanilla extrat - 3 - 4 drops

Instructions

  1. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare curd .
  2. Add fresh cream, paneer ,sugar powder and vanilla extract in the hung curd and mix well.
  3. Bake 160` c for 30 seconds in the microwave
  4. Garnish with walnuts and crushed almonds.
