Ingredients to make Papaya-Mango Squash

  • papaya pulp 1/2 kg
  • mango pulp 1/2 kg
  • sugar 1.8 kg
  • Citric acid 25 grams
  • water 1 ltr
  • KMS 2.5 grams / ltr

How to make Papaya-Mango Squash

  1. Wash , peel and scoop out the flesh of the papaya and mango and pulp it.
  2. Blend the pulp by mixie.
  3. Add sugar ,water and citric acid and bring it to boil and filter.And then cool it.
  4. Mix the sugar syrup with blended mango - papaya pulp.
  5. Bottle it and store it in a cool place.
