ABOUT Spicy Roasted Cocktail Nuts RECIPE

Crisp, delicious, addictive, these are a dead easy make ahead option for guilt free snacking, gifting or for those times when you need a little cocktail nibble.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups mixed Nuts {almonds cashew pistachios}
  2. 1.5 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
  3. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 tbsp Salt {approximately}
  5. Juice of 1/2 lime
  6. 1/2 tsp smoked Paprika


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment and preheat your oven at 180C.
  2. Rinse the nuts under water, drain well and pat dry using kitchen towel.
  3. Add the nuts to a large bowl and toss in with olive oil, Worcesterchire sauce and lime juice.
  4. To this add smoked paprika and salt. Toss to get everything nicely combined.
  5. Transfer this to prepared baking pan and spread across in a single layer. Roast for 12-15 minutes or till light brown and fragrant.
  6. Leave to cool on the tray before storing in an air tight container in a cool place.

sounds nice! can we see an image of the same? Please also suggest an alternative for Worcestershire sauce?
