Ingredients to make Bread Sticks

  • flour 100grams
  • salt 1grams
  • sugar 20grams
  • yeast 2grams
  • Fat or Refined oil 8grams
  • jeera 0.5grams
  • water 55mils

How to make Bread Sticks

  1. Sieve the flour and mix with semi - grounded roasted jeera.
  2. Dissolve sugar , salt and yeast in lukewarm water.
  3. Start Kneading the flour with above solution.
  4. Also add simultaneously fat or oil and knead till u get thin filament while spreading with a bit of dough with hand.
  5. Rest the dough for fermentation, covered with cloth in warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Now roll each stripes into finger size and place on greased trays and leave it for 1 hour for proofing.
  7. Bake at 200 deg. temp. for 15 minutes.
  8. After baking remove the trays, cool it and again re - bake it, till it becomes hard.
