Coconut Crunch

Ingredients to make Coconut Crunch

  • flour 100 grams
  • butter 65 grams
  • Raw sugar 100 grams
  • Baking pdr. 1 grams
  • Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
  • cardamom essence 11 teaspoon
  • cardamom pdr. 1 grams
  • eggs 1 nos
  • Raw coconut 80 grams

How to make Coconut Crunch

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking pdr.
  2. Cream fat and then add sugar, eggs as well as essence and cardamom pdr.
  3. Add flour as well as grated coconut and mix well.
  4. Roll round each pieces and arrange on trays.
  5. Bake at 150 deg. temp. for 15 minutes.
