Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken- 250 grams
  2. egg white
  3. onion paste- 2 teaspoon
  4. Chopped onion- 1 medium
  5. Tomato puree( boil 2 big size tomatoes and add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder in it)
  6. salt to taste
  7. Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Butter- 1 teaspoon
  9. Kasoori methi- 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cream- 1 teaspoon
  11. oil
  12. garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
  13. lemon juice- 1teaspoon
  14. Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  15. onion seed paste(kalonji) 1/2 teaspoon


  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice and egg white foe half an hour.
  2. Take oil in pan and fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside.
  3. Then in the pan fry chopped onions.
  4. Next add onion paste, garlic paste. kalonji paste and pepper powder and saute
  5. Then add tomato puree and saute properly
  6. Now add chicken pieces and little water and cook
  7. Add butter and cream and mix
  8. Lastly add kasoori methi and keep in simmer for few minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
