ABOUT AUTHANTIC RAM LADOO RECIPE

Punjab me Lakhan pur ram ladoo ke liye hi jana jata ha. Aaj me unhi ki recipe share krne ja rahi hu. Ye do triko se khaye jate ha ek to sukhe dusre chutney me soak kiye huye. Dono hi bhut tasty lgte ha.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Channa dal 1 cup
  2. Moong dal 2 tablespoon
  3. salt to taste
  4. Chopped chillies 1 teaspoon
  5. Grated adruk 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  7. Chopped raddish leaves 2 tablespoon
  8. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Green chutney to serve 1 cup
  10. Grated raddish and carrots 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak both dal together over night or 5-6 hours.
  2. Grind tha dal coursly with very little water or in thick paste.
  3. Now take it in a bowl and whisk with hand or spoon until it fluffy.
  4. To check.... Take water in a katori pour the drop of batter if it float then it is ready to make ladoo bt if batter sink under the water then it requires to whisk more.
  5. Now add all ingredients mention from salt to jeera.Mix well.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadai pour a hand full of batter at medium heat. Deep fry all ladoos as same process till golden brown.
  7. When it serve take a plate set 4 ladoo garnish some grated muli gajar and pour 2 tbsp chutney. You can soak ladoos in chutney to give extra taste. Happy cooking .
