Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter- 50 grams
  2. Olive oil- 50 ml
  3. Eggs- 2
  4. Milk- 1 cup or 100 ml
  5. Ketchup- 2 tablespoon
  6. Maida/ refined flour- 2 cups
  7. Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
  8. Italian seasoning and chili flakes- 1 teaspoon
  9. Sugar- 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Mozzarella/ cheddar cheese
  12. Green bell pepper finely chopped-1
  13. Tomatoes (Chopped) 1-2
  14. Corn kernels- 1 cup

  1. First take all your wet ingredients together. Beat the butter and oil until they mix up well. Now, add eggs to this mixture and beat again. Next, add milk and ketchup. Continue beating till smooth.
  2. Next, sieve maida/ refined flour and baking powder together in another mixing bowl. To this mixture, add Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt, sugar, cheese and vegetables. Mix lightly.
  3. Now pour in wet ingredients in 2 batches and fold in. Once you’re done, put this mixture in cupcake molds. Don’t fill it to the brim because once baked, the mixture will rise.
  4. Top up with more cheese so that it becomes cheesy and covers with cheese crust.Now, bake in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 180 C.
  5. Once done, let the cheese pizza cup cake stay in the oven for about 5 minutes. Then take out and serve.
