ABOUT White Chocolate Lava Cake RECIPE

Molten chocolate lava cakes can be made easily at home with a healthy twist. Wholewheat flour chocolate cupcakes are made with cane sugar as sweetener. Now indulge in this sweet treat totally guilt free. Enjoy the creamy and luscious white chocolate oozing out once you prick the cake.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White Chocolate 16 pieces
  2. Wholewheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
  4. Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Cane sugar 1/3 cup
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Milk 1/3 cup
  9. Curd 1/4 cup
  10. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the milk and curd and keep it aside.
  2. Sieve together the wholewheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Now to the milk and curd mixture, add the cane sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Add oil and mix well.
  5. Now preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  6. To the wet mixture, add the sieved flour mixture slowly and fold.
  7. Line the cup cake moulds with liners and scoop the batter to the liners until quarter filled.
  8. Next place 2 pieces of White chocolate each to each of the moulds.
  9. Then again add the batter until 3/4 of the moulds.
  10. Bake the cup cakes for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Once baked, allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Enjoy the warm chocolate cup cakes with the luscious white chocolate oozing out.
