Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida,extra for kneading and dusting 2 cups
  2. Butter or olive oil 3 tablespoon
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Water at room temperature 3/4 cup
  5. For stuffing
  6. Chopped onion 2
  7. Chopped capsicum 1
  8. Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Pizza pasta sauce 1 tablespoon
  10. Mayonise 1/2 tablespoon
  11. Tomato sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Chilli flakes(if u want extra spicy) 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Grated chesse 1 cup
  15. Butter
  16. Water


  1. Mix the ingredeint of tortilla .untill the dough forms n all the ingredeints come together.
  2. Turn the dough on to a floored surface n knead several times untill the dough is smooth. form into a ball,cover it with towel and let the dough rest foe 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Pre heat the frying pan over medium heat
  4. Divide the dough into 8 portions n roll into balls
  5. Flatten the ball using the rolling pin to roll the each ball into 8 to 9 inch circle.
  6. cook tortilla on medium heat for 35 to 40 seconds on each side or untill u see light brown spots n the tortilla is puffy.
  7. Do the same with all the 8 divide portion of dough.
  8. For stuffing
  9. Mix all the sauces+mayonise+oregan+black pepper+chilli flakes(if you are using it )
  10. Take one tortilla on plain surface ,spread the sauces mix onto it ,add onion and capsicum and grated cheese on top
  11. Take one more tortilla,spread the sauces mix onto it and keep this tortilla on cheese .make like a sandwich.
  12. Now use butter and cook the tortilla from both the sides.
