  • Big, oval shaped potatoes, each cut into 8 -10 pieces 2- 3
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • lime juice 1 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • Few rosemary leaves
  • Sauce / chutney to serve

  1. Marinate the wedges with all the above mentioned ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Line a baking tray with butter paper and grease it..
