Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. One sachet chings schezwan sauce
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  5. Oil 2 teaspoon to add in maida flour
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a plate take maida, salt,schezwan sauce , jeera
  2. Knead the dough a bit harder than that of poori
  3. Roll the dough in shape of chappati ,then give vertical cuts,n one horizontal cut
  4. Deep fry the para on medium flame
  5. Serve them with ketchup
