Peas and Spinach Soup with Mushroom

Ingredients to make Peas and Spinach Soup with Mushroom

  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup very fine chopped fresh mushroom (blanched)
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornflour

How to make Peas and Spinach Soup with Mushroom

  1. First take a deep pan and add water, spinach, sugar, salt, pepper and boil for approximately 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Now churn in mixer and sieve. Take 2 tbsp water and mix with cornflour. Mix and add in soup.
  3. Boil this mixture in a pan.
  4. Turn off the gas, add mushroom and serve hot.
