ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour – 1 ½ cups
  2. Granulated Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Cocoa powder – ½ cup
  4. Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt – ½ teaspoon
  6. Milk – 1 cup
  7. Oil – ½ cup
  8. Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  9. Vinegar – 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Grease the cake tin.
  2. Sieve and Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add vinegar to milk and let it stand for a minute. Stir in oil
  4. Mix liquid in the dry ingredients only till the batter is smooth and no lumps. Don't over beat.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center of cake will come out with few dry crumbs.
  6. Remove it from oven and after 5 minutes remove cake on wire rack and let it cool completely. Sprinkle icing sugar on it.
