Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Jowar Flour 100 grams
  2. Wheat flour 100 grams
  3. Ripe banana skinless 300 grams
  4. Organic brown sugar or palm sugar 80 grams
  5. Coconut oil (Cold-pressed) 150 ml
  6. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Melon seeds 2 tablespoon
  9. salt 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat Oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree C. In a bowl beat ripe banan for a minute. Add oil and sugar to it and beat for a minute.
  2. In another bowl shift flours ,baking soda, baking powder and salt together. Fold this into wet mixture in two batch.Add melon seeds and mix once. Pour this into 7 inch cake tin .Bake for 40 to 45 minute in the oven at 180 degree C.
  3. Let it cool in the tin for 10 minute .Take Cake out of tin and cool it completely before you slice.
