Ingredients to make Oats, Wheat flour, Fresh cream ( malai) and Nutella Sandwich Cookies with Salted Caramel. ( Health comes first)

  • Old fashioned Oats 3/4 Cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream 3/4 cup
  • 1 egg / 1/4 Cup fresh cream ( I didn't use egg)
  • Nuttella 1 /2 cup
  • Crystal sugar / brown sugar. 1/4 cup ( I used brown sugar) + 1/4 Cup sugar.
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • SPRIG salted Caramel 2 tablespoon

How to make Oats, Wheat flour, Fresh cream ( malai) and Nutella Sandwich Cookies with Salted Caramel. ( Health comes first)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add Nuttella too. If adding egg than beat well by separating egg white and egg yolk.
  2. Add 1/4 Cup Sugar. Check the sweetness.
  3. If you are serving as a Sandwich Cookies than Salted Caramel will give more sweeter taste. So you just can add /4 Cup Sugar.
  4. If you want to eat just like that( they taste better than Coffee day cookies)
  5. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  6. Form a dough.
  7. Make small balls and give a cookie shape.
  8. Keep a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. Let them cool. Serve with garnish of salted Caramel.
  11. You can make Sandwich Cookies by spreading Caramel layer between two cookies.
  12. For small kids you can serve plain cookies too.
  13. You can serve Salted Caramel in a separate bowl also so that one had choice of spreading according to his / her own choice.

My Tip:

Adding sugar depends upon individual taste. As Nutella is sweet and Salted Caramel adds sweetness too.
