2 cups semolina
2 cups of water
1 cup curd
4 tbsp each of capsicum, tomato (without seed) ,onion, cabbage,
2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp eno
Instructions
Start by making a batter of the ingredients, semolina, water, curd, coriander and mix well. Then add in the eno, just before you start to make the uttapam.
In a separate bowl, mix all the vegetables together with salt and chilli .
Heat the tawa or a flat bottomed pan .
Put in 1 tbsp oil . When the tawa becomes a little hot, spread 5 tbsp of the batter, then spread 4 tbsp vegetable mixture on it.
Cook it from both sides and serve it hot with sauce or coconut dip.
