  1. Kadalamavu4 cup
  2. Arisimavu2 cup
  3. Roasted groundnut1/4 kilo
  4. Fried gram1/4 kilo
  5. Poha 1/4 kilo
  6. Red chilly,salt, hing
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. First katalamavu add water
  2. Mixed well
  3. Make boonthi
  4. Next make omaoti
  5. Add roasted groundnut
  6. Add fried gram
  7. Add fried poha
  8. Chilli,fry oil
  9. Then chilli,salt,hing grind smooth powder
  10. Add mixer mix well
  11. Kari leaves fry & add
  12. Mixture ready
