Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Black urad dal 1 cup
  2. Red rajma 1/2 cup
  3. mustard oil 1 teaspoon
  4. salt to taste
  5. jeera 1/4 teaspoon
  6. A pinch of hing
  7. Red chilly piwder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. gng paste 2 teaspoon
  9. Chopped onion 2
  10. Chopped tomato 2
  11. Dry red chillies 2
  12. Big cardamom 2
  13. Milk 2 cup
  14. Desi ghee 2 tablespoon
  15. Fresh malai or cream 2 tablespoon
  16. Hara dhania.

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal and Rajma for 20 minutes
  2. Now put this in a cooker add salt.gng paste.mustard oil.4 glass water.
  3. After 1 whistle cook it on slow flame atleast 20 minutes
  4. Then check it if needed cook for 10 minutes
  5. Now open the lid and pour milk in it and simmer till its creamy.
  6. In a pan heat desi ghee and add jeera till it crackle
  7. Add hing,dry red chillies and cardamom
  8. Now add chopped onion and cook till brown
  9. Add tomatoes and cook till softens
  10. Now add red chilly powder.
  11. Add the tadka to the dal
  12. Add fresh cream and hara dhaina
  13. Serve with butter nan.
