Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour -1.5 cup
  2. Clarified butter - 2 tablespoon
  3. Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Milk - 2 tablespoon
  7. Curd - 2 tablespoon
  8. Onion seeds - 1 tablespoon
  9. Butter - 50 grams
  10. For stuffing
  11. Boiled green peas - 1/2 bowl
  12. Green chilly - 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Paneer - 1 cup
  14. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  15. Red chilly powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  18. Onion - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add onion and saute for one mins
  3. Add boiled peas and green chilly and mix well
  4. Add red chilly powder and salt and saute for one to two mins
  5. Add coriander leaves and mix well
  6. Now add paneer and mix well
  7. Stuffing is ready
  8. In a kneading bowl mix together all purpose flour,baking powder,salt,oil,sugar,curd and milk.
  9. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  10. Keep aside for one hour in a hot place.
  11. Take some dough and make medium size ball.
  12. Roll into balls.
  13. Stuff one tbsp filling then roll out the naan.
  14. Add some onion seeds and sprinkle some dry flour and roll out.
  15. Grease oven plate with butter.
  16. Place the naan in preheated oven of 200 c for five mins.
  17. Flip it oven till brown apply butter.
  18. Serve hot.
