Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Moong daal paste 1 cup
  2. Orange juice 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Ghee 6 teaspoon
  5. Cardamom powder
  6. Orange colour
  7. Saffron
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Silver foil
  10. Alminds and pista for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat pan add ghee and moong dal paste
  2. Stir and cook dal in ghee
  3. Cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
  4. Then add milk
  5. And cook till thick
  6. Add saffron
  7. Add colour in orange juice and add juice in dal mix
  8. When thicken add sugar and mix
  9. Cook till sugar melt and then add cardamom powder
  10. Grease a tray with ghee
  11. And transfer mix in it and spread evenly
  12. Now take silver foil and cover burfi
  13. Sprinkle almonds and pista and lightly press with fingers Keep in freeze for 2 hours for set
  14. Our burfi is ready to cut in squares and serve it.
  15. Enjoy this delicious burfi
