Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dates2 cups
  2. Mixed nuts chopped 11/2 cup
  3. Poppyseeds 11/2 tablespoon
  4. Butter1 teaspoon


  1. Remove the pit in a dates and chopped.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. Add nuts ,roast on medium heat.
  4. Add chopped dates , continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Turn off the flame and cool down.
  6. Mold into an even roll shape.
  7. Make sure log is tight and free of air bubbles.
  8. After add poppyseeds to a shallow plate and roll the dates roll in the poppyseeds coat
  9. Place in fridge it for half an hour.
  10. Take it out,cut it up rolls.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
