Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 1 bunch
  2. Rice 2 cups
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomatoes 2
  5. Whole garam masala 1 packet
  6. Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
  7. Green chilli 2
  8. Ginger garlic paste
  9. Peas 1 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  12. Oil 1 tablespoon
  13. Cheese for decoration

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add ghee 1 teaspoon ,roast rice and whole garam masala in it
  2. Make palak puree by adding blanched palak and green chill
  3. In other pan add 1 tablespoon oil,add onion and chopped tomato p,alak puree ,matar ,garam masala,and ginger garlic paste
  4. Cook this till sabji leaves oil,and then add the ready sabji to the roasted rice
  5. Boil water
  6. Add boiling water to the above mixture
  7. Cook till rice is done
  8. Now pulao is ready .
