Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Butter - 50 grams

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour and salt and mix well.
  2. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes
  4. Knead it again.
  5. Take some dough and make medium size balls.
  6. Roll into balls.
  7. Then roll out the roti.
  8. Grease oven plate with butter.
  9. Place the tandoori roti in pre heated oven of 180 degree centigrade for ten minutes
  10. Then turn over for another side to form slightly crispy layer out side
  11. Apply butter and serve hot.
