Chilli Chicken (Semi Dry)

Ingredients to make Chilli Chicken (Semi Dry)

  • chicken 1 kg
  • oil 75 to 100ml
  • Spring onions 1/2 cup
  • 2-3 onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • A pinch of black salt
  • salt as required
  • ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • curd 2 teaspoon
  • salt as required
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 5 Green chilies
  • Tumeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
  • coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 3 tablespoon
  • water as required

How to make Chilli Chicken (Semi Dry)

  1. Clean and wash the chicken.
  2. Marinate this chicken with Kashmiri chilli powder, Everest garam masala powder, Tumeric powder, Green chilies, Bell peppers, Salt, Curd, Black salt, Lemon juice, Ginger-garlic paste and 20 ml oil and marinate it for 1 hour.
  3. Add oil in the pan and fry the onions till it turns brown in colour, then add the marinated chicken and sprinkle some water. Continue cooking till the chicken is properly cooked.
  4. Once cooked sprinkle coriander leaves and green onions to garnish and serve hot.
