Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ingredients for ice cream
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tablespoon
  4. Fresh cream 1 cup
  5. Milk powder 2 tablespoon
  6. Rose syrup 3 tablespoon
  7. Corn flour 1 teaspoon
  8. Ingredients For zebra cake
  9. Maida 1 and 1/2 cup
  10. Sugar 1 cup
  11. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Salt a pinch
  14. Milk 1 cup
  15. Oil 3/4 cup
  16. For chocolate Layer cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  17. Milk 2 teaspoon for chocolate Layer
  18. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon for vanilla layer
  19. Some sprinkles and choco sticks for decorations

Instructions

  1. Method for making ice cream
  2. Boil milk in a pan and cook till it reduces half
  3. Add milk powder and stir
  4. Dissolve corn flour into some cold milk and add into boiling milk and stir
  5. Add sugar into boiling milk and dissolve it .
  6. Add fresh cream and mix well and switch off the gas
  7. Let it cool for some time. Then blend it with blender and add rose syrup and blend again . Mix rose syrup properly .
  8. Now add all the mixture into ice cream and store it in an air tight container and freeze it for half an hour.
  9. When it mildly frozen blend again and keep it in freezer for about 3 to 4 hours.
  10. Rosy ice cream is ready
  11. Method for zebra cake
  12. In mean time when ice cream is in frozen process , make zebra cake ...
  13. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
  14. Add oil and milk and mix with blender for 4-5 minutes
  15. Divide the batter into two parts into two bowls .
  16. Add vanila essence in one part and in second part add cocoa-powder,teaspoon of milk and mix well.
  17. Now take a greased cake tin and add 2 teaspoon of vanila batter in the center of tin then 2 teaspoon of cocoa batter in center above on vanilla batter .Now again drop 2 teaspoon of vanilla batter again 2 teaspoon of cocoa and so on do it again and again till last .
  18. Keet the cake tin in Pre heated cooker on a katori. Now cover the cooker with lid. Flame should be Slow .
  19. After 40 minutes check the cake with toothpick. Almost it will be ready.
  20. Cool down the cake and keep in the fridge for one hour till it is chilled
  21. Frosting ====
  22. Cut the zebra cake from center and make two layers ..
  23. Spread soft rosy ice cream on the chilled zebra cake on one layer and cover with another layer of cake .
  24. Again spread ice cream on the upper layer of cake .
  25. Design according to your choice on cake with ice cream.
  26. Spread some sprinkles and choco sticks ...
  27. Cake is ready.
