Dates dry fruits rolls are tempting and delectable that everyone will surly love to have ..its a healthy sweet made without suger..dates are good source of iron so its very healthy..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dates 400 grams(finely chopped)
  2. Poppy seeds 2 tablespoons
  3. Cardamom 6 to 7
  4. Ghee 2 teaspoons
  5. Chopped pistachio/badam/and kaju 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Place a non stick pan on flame Add ghee
  2. When ghee melts add poppy seeds and saute for few minutes
  3. When poppy seeds turns fregrant ,add chopped dates And chopped dry fruits n cook on low flame(keep some dry fruits for later use for coating the rolls)
  4. Stir countinuesly so that it will not stick to the bottom
  5. Mix all ingredients well
  6. Now once all ingredients mixed well..off the flame and transfer the mixture on a plate so that it cools down quickly .
  7. Grees the hand with ghee and pinch some mixture..roll it into cylinderical shape by pressings it with both the hands..
  8. Coat the roll with some dry fruits and likewise,prepare the rest of the rolls until the mixture is utilized completely..
  9. Take aluminium foil piece and place rolls on it.wrap it up nicely..and refrigerate them for few hours ..it will set nicely
  10. Now cut them into 1/2 cm Thick roll ..n it's ready to eat
  11. U can store this in airtight container for 10 days and enjoy
