Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. Milk - 1 litre
  2. Unsalted butter - 1 cup
  3. Agar Agar - 2 Packet Full
  4. All Purpose Flour - 3 1/2 Cups
  5. Baking Powder - 1/2 + 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Nestle Condensed Milk - 1 tin
  8. Custard Powder - 1 cups
  9. Dark Cooking Chocolate - 2 cups (Grated)
  10. Whipped cream - 1 cup
  11. Vanilla Essence - 2 drop
  12. Pomegranates - 1 /2 Or Some For Decorating
  13. Banana - 1/2 Or Some For Decorating
  14. Grapes - 4 to 6 for decoration

Instructions

  1. To Make The Banana Puree Cut the banana into round half slices. Take this half slice banana's into to the grinder and make a puree out of it.
  2. To Make The Pomegranate Puree Cut the pomegranate into round half slices. Take this half slice pomegranate into to the grinder and make a puree out of it.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and 25 minutes.
  4. In a bowl soak the agar agar in a half cup of water for 20 seconds.
  5. In a stand mixer add the butter and one cup of milk and beat it for 20 minutes or till dissolved.
  6. In a non stick pan boil the milk.
  7. In a one cup of a glass add half of the cold milk and put 4 tablespoons of custard powder.
  8. In another non stick pan add the soaked agar agar and stir it continuously without leaving no lumps in a medium low flame.
  9. After the milk is boiled add half cup of sugar, custard powder and stir it thoroughly.
  10. Then pour the soaked agar agar into that milk.
  11. Then switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  12. Keep the pomegranate and banana puree aside.
  13. Grind the sugar into powdered sugar, and keep it aside.
  14. Pour the custard mixture to a serving dish, and let it to cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  15. Then soak the other half agar agar in a half water and keep aside.
  16. In a another pan boil half litre of milk.
  17. Add the pomegranate and banana puree, half nestle condensed milk maid, vanilla essence and stir thoroughly.
  18. Let the pomegranate and banana puree mixture be cooled and keep aside.
  19. Grate the dark cooking chocolate, grind with little milk and pour it in the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt egg, and vanilla essence.
  20. Then add in the other half cooked agar agar.
  21. When the oven is pre heated put the chocolate mixture in it and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
  22. Let the chocolate mixture cool, and keep aside.
  23. With the other half chocolate mixture, pour that in a flower silicone mould and pre-heat it to 30 minutes or until done.
  24. Let the other half chocolate mixture cool down, and keep aside.
  25. When the pomegranate and banana mixture with agar agar has been poured down slowly into the custard mixture,.
  26. Let this cool down and keep in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  27. Then unmould the other half chocolate mixture that has been put in the flower mould.
  28. Put the unmould chocolate on top of the pomegranate and banana mixture when it's half set.
  29. Decorate the cake pudding on top with delicious, luscious and healthy blending of whipped cream, sugar, a quarter cup of coffee powder, pomegranates, banana's and grapes with families and friends.
  30. Butter Scotch Ice cream can also be put on top of the Choco cake.
