Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Oats roasted 1 1/2 cups
  2. Dried apricots diced very fine 1/2 cup
  3. Dates 10 pieces chopped very finely
  4. Cranberry dried 1/4 chopped finely
  5. Dessicated coconut 1 cup
  6. Butter 2 tablespoon
  7. Pure honey 3 tablespoon
  8. Almonds 20
  9. Cashews 20
  10. Pistachio 1/2 cup
  11. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Roast oats and desiccated coconut till it releases aroma
  2. Roast dry fruits for a minute and let it cool aside
  3. Grind the dry fruits coarsely and mix all dried fruits and oats desiccated coconut together
  4. Heat a pan add honey and butter.Cook till both get evenly mixed
  5. Mix well and make round shape as shown in video
  6. This can be given any shape
  7. Store in a clean jar
  8. They will remain good for 15 days
