Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour - 100 grams
  2. Wheat flour - 100 grams
  3. Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Curd - 1/4 cup
  5. salt to taste
  6. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  7. Milk - 1/4 cup
  8. Butter -50 grams
  9. For stuffing
  10. Grated mawa/whole dried milk - 100 grams
  11. Cashew nut powder - 10 cashew
  12. Almonds powder - 10 almonds
  13. Salt - a pinch
  14. Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a kneading bowl mix together all purpose flour,wheat flour,sugar,salt,clarified butter,baking powder milk and curd.
  2. Add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for an hour.
  4. Take some dough and make medium size balls
  5. Roll into balls.
  6. Take a bowl add mawa/whole dried milk,almonds powder,cashew nut powder,salt and sugar and mix well.
  7. Now stuffing is ready.
  8. Stuff the filling into the balls and roll out.
  9. Grease oven plate with butter.
  10. Place the naan in pre heated oven of 250 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  11. Flip it over till brown and apply butter.
  12. Serve hot
