ABOUT Magic Cake RECIPE

The 1st question which comes to your mind is What is magical about this cake?? The magic is three layers of this cake which comes out from ONE single better. this cake has 3 different layers, in the bottom u will get milky fudge, in the bottom it has creamy custard and on the top it has a mouth melting sponge cake. This cake truely a magic. I have seen this cake in a TV Show long time back. This cake is Super in taste and one of my best cake i ever baked. So must try this wonder cake.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour / Maida 90 grams
  2. Powdered sugar 90 grams
  3. Butter 90 grams (Room Temp.)
  4. Milk 375 ml.
  5. Egg yolks 3
  6. Egg whites 3
  7. Salt 1 pinch
  8. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  9. Cold Water 1 tablespoon
  10. Icing sugar and cherry for decoration (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 150 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. Take 8 inch cake tin grease with butter and line up with butter paper.
  3. In a big bowl add egg yolks add 1 tablespoon water.
  4. Add powdered sugar and whisk.
  5. Add melted butter little by little and whisk continuously.
  6. Whisk well and make smooth better.
  7. Sieve Flour in this better.
  8. Add a pinch of salt.
  9. Mix well and make smooth lump free better.
  10. Add Vanilla Essence.
  11. Add Milk and Make runny Better.
  12. Your cake better is ready keep it aside.
  13. In a separate bowl add egg whites.
  14. Beat on High speed Using Electric beater.
  15. Beat till stiff peaks form.
  16. Add this egg whites mixture to cake better and fold in very carefully.
  17. Pour this ready better in Greased Cake Tin.
  18. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 60-80 minutes or till it turns golden brown colour.
  19. Mine cake was done in 70 Minutes. Let it cool down Completely then demould it.
  20. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top of the cake. Decorate with cherry and serve Chilled.
