Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Flour / Maida 11/2 Cup
  2. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  3. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
  5. 3 over ripe Bananas
  6. Sugar 3/4 cup
  7. Oil 1/2 cup
  8. Milk 1 cup
  9. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  10. Chopped walnuts 2 tablespoon
  11. Choco chips 2 tablespoon
  12. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  13. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt and sieve 3 times.
  2. Add chopped walnuts and chocochips in flour mixture and keep aside.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  4. Greased a cake loaf tin with butter and dust with some flour and keep aside.
  5. In a bowl take over ripe bananas and mash them using fork.
  6. Add sugar and whisk well.
  7. Add oil and whisk well.
  8. Add half of the milk and mix well.
  9. Add Vanilla Essence, vinegar and mix.
  10. Add Flour mixture to it in 2-3 batches and fold gently.
  11. Add rest of the milk and fold.
  12. Pour ready better in Greased tin and tap well to avoid air bubbles.
  13. Top with some chopped walnuts and chocochips.
  14. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 35 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
  15. Cool it down Completely on wire rack.
  16. Serve with Tea or coffee.
